libopen-trace-format-dev software package provides Open Trace Format support library - development files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libopen-trace-format-dev
libopen-trace-format-dev is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libopen-trace-format-dev package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libopen-trace-format-dev *
You will get with libopen-trace-format-dev package name, version, architecture and description in a table
